Fine Museum Quality 11th Century Bronze Khmer image of a goddess, probably Uma. This Angkor period Bronze image of Uma is a nicely cast image, a beautiful green patina has developed on the bronze over the past 1000 years since originally made. She well preserved, with no damage or restoration other than a small lots bud that she would have been holding in her left hand is now worn away. Chosen for the wonderful emerald green patina with flecks of blue. This image is vey nice with good detailing of her sampot, headdress and earrings, good face, perfect patina, a good size at 6”. Very rare quality piece. The image is professionally mounted on a stylish new bronze stand. The unusual and interesting feature of this image is the unusually large bust size!
Good condition, no repairs or restoration.

Spectacular and very beautiful Museum Quality 11th Century Bronze Khmer image a four armed Vishnu. This Baphuon period 1017-1087 AD Bronze image of Vishnu. This is a superbly cast image of the highest quality from a rare period of Khmer history, pre-dating the Angkor Wat period, a beautiful green patina has developed on the bronze over the past 1000 years since originally made. The quality of casting is first class, fine rendering has given this Vishnu image superbly detailed features, Vishnu is one of the three principal Gods of Hinduism. He is extremely well preserved, with no damage or restoration with the exception of a small section of his upper staff is now missing. Chosen for the wonderful emerald green patina. This image is truly spectacular, Vishnu holds an attribute in each of his four hands, superb detailing of his sampot, headdress and earrings, perfect face, perfect patina, a good size at almost 6.5”. Very rare quality piece. The image is professionally mounted on a stylish new bronze stand. First class in every respect make this image very sort after by collectors of south east Asian art and extremely rare.

This Angkor Wat period 1107-1177 AD Bronze image of a four armed Vishnu is a superbly cast image of the highest quality, a beautiful green patina has developed on the bronze. The quality of casting is first class, fine rendering has given this Vishnu image superbly detailed features, He is extremely well preserved, except for the lower right arm is now missing from below the elbow. Chosen for the wonderful emerald green patina. He holds an attribute in each hand and wares a finely detailed sampot, headdress and jewellery. Vishnu is one of the three principal Gods of Hinduism. The image is professionally mounted on a stylish new bronze stand. First class in every respect make this image very sort after by collectors of south east Asian art and extremely rare.
