A fine rare museum quality Stucco figure of a sitting Bodhisattva. This is a fine example of a Gandharan 3rd century stucco sculpture. Remains of some colour pigments throughout the surface of the piece. Seated in Dhyanasana on a throne with his hands folded. Wearing long flowing robes, elegantly draped around his shoulders with an necklace. His face with a benign expression. Mounted on a custom made black metal display stand.
