Our terms and conditions of this guarantee are simple:
For obvious reasons this guarantee does not include the refund of postal & insurance fees. All goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as received. Goods must be returned using the same or equivalent packaging material. Any items you purchase from Gandhara can be returned within five days of receipt if the goods are found not to be as described. Please email prior to doing this. After this initial five day period any goods you wish to return must be accompanied by a written evaluation from an internationally recognised dealer of Asian Antiques stating the item(s) purchased are not authentic pieces as described within our description.

This guarantee applies to all items purchased from Gandhara irrespective of the location of purchase, i.e. web site, gallery or auction.

We endeavour to always price below current market value. Condition has a strong bearing on the value of an object. You will find a detailed analysis of every aspect of the condition and any damage the piece may have sustained over the years to be clearly indicated. We encourage all interested parties to ask whatever questions they may have, regarding the state of preservation of any pieces we offer.

All attempts have been made to provide an accurate description and evaluation of the condition of all pieces. We have tried to photograph all items so as to match the colour of the photographs as closely as possible to the original, however some colour variation may occur due to the combination of web resolution images and digital photography.
