A fine very rare Thai standing Ayutthaya Buddha from the 17th - 18th Century. Beautiful patination across the entire surface, Lovely face, down cast eyes with serene expression and elongated ears. Nice Ayutthaya style lotus decorated pedestal, some old termite damage to underside but solid, loss to both arms. Wood, lacquer, gold leaf and red pigment possibly cinnabar.
Good condition, no restoration.

Loss to right forearm and feet. Wood, lacquer and gold leaf. Mounted on old polished wooden block. Style of this figure would suggest a Northern Thai or Laos origin.

A fine very rare Thai standing Buddha from the 18th - 19th Century. Beautiful patination across the entire surface, Lovely face with Khmer influence, down cast eyes with serene expression and elongated ears on round tiered pedestal, some old termite damage to underside but solid, loss to right hand and toes. Wood, lacquer, gold leaf and red pigment possibly cinnabar. Figure separates from the circular raised pedestal my means of a wooden tang. Style of this figure would suggest a Lopburi central Thai origin.
Good condition, no restoration.
